This Delivery Policy explains how Omar Diaz Writing fulfils orders for translation, copywriting, proofreading, and document review services. All services are delivered exclusively in digital format. No physical goods are produced or shipped at any point.

2. How Orders Work
The order process for all services follows these steps:
- The client submits a project brief by email or via the contact form on the Website
- Omar Diaz Writing responds with a fixed price quote and confirmed delivery timeline within 1 business day
- The client confirms the order in writing by email
- Work commences upon written order confirmation — no advance payment is required
- The completed work is delivered electronically, followed by an invoice payable within 14 days
3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays). If a deadline cannot be met, the client is notified in advance with a revised delivery date.
4. Delivery Method
All completed work is delivered by email to the address provided by the client at the time of the order. Deliverables are sent as electronic documents (typically PDF or editable Word format, as agreed). No physical documents are posted or couriered.
For larger projects, interim drafts or milestone deliverables may be shared via a secure file transfer link. The method is confirmed with the client at the outset of each project.
5. Order Confirmation and Invoice
Upon delivery of the completed work, an invoice is sent electronically to the client’s email address. The invoice includes:
- Full business details (name, SIREN, SIRET, APE code, registered address)
- A description of the services delivered
- The agreed fee in euros
- Bank transfer details for payment
- Payment due date (14 calendar days from invoice date)
- VAT status: TVA non applicable — art. 293 B CGI
6. Non-Receipt of Deliverables
If you have not received the completed work within the agreed timeframe, please:
- Check your inbox and spam or junk folder for an email from info@omardiazwriting.online
- Verify the email address provided at the time of the order
- Contact us at info@omardiazwriting.online with your project reference
We will investigate and resolve any delivery issue within 1 business day of being notified.
7. Proof of Delivery
Omar Diaz Writing retains records of all project deliveries, including email transmission logs, file records, and client correspondence. Proof of delivery can be provided upon request.
8. Geographic Availability
Services are available to business clients worldwide, subject to applicable sanctions and trade restrictions. We do not accept orders from entities located in jurisdictions subject to EU or UN sanctions.
