4. Delivery, Invoicing and Payment
All completed work is delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of the order. An invoice is issued upon delivery of the final document. Payment is due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date, by bank transfer to the account details stated on the invoice.
No advance payment is required. Work commences once a written order confirmation has been exchanged by email.
5. Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee
